Fresh Chinese style fried rice with shrimp, egg and lettuce
Cooking Master's Secret
- Blanch shrimps to prevent having moist while stir-frying.
- Instead of lettuce, different kinds of vegetables (onion, carrot, green pepper, etc.) can be added.
- The egg can be prepared like scrambled eggs and mixed later with rice.
/Main Ingredients/
1 bowl of rice
50g peeled shrimp
/Side Ingredients/
1 egg
30g lettuce
1 stalk of green onion
/Seasonings/
Salt, pepper Cooking oil
How to Cook
in boiling water to get rid of moisture.
2. Wash lettuce in running water, dry, and slice.
3. Cut the green onion and the egg well.
4. Heat a pan with cooking oil, add chopped green onions, and when the green onion scent is spreaded evenly, add eggs and stir-fry gently.
5. When the egg is cooked to a certain extent, add shredded lettuce and boiled shrimp and fry. Add rice, season with salt, and stir- fry quickly. Add a little bit of black pepper according to your preference.
