GRILLED EEL RICE BOWL

- The rice bowl can be made without soup, but it is better to prepare it to eat it softly.

20g ginger
5g radish (or chopped green onion)

How to Cook
1. Cut the eel pre-grilled with soy sauce and cook it on a grill or frying pan.
2. Boil water and kelp in a pot, turn off the heat, and add bonito. When the bonito sinks, remove the kelp and bonito, season with soy sauce and salt to make a rice bowl soup.
3. Finely chop ginger and wash radish with running water, and rinse with cold water to remove moisture.
