   I think that you have B2 Visa for tourists. If you want to change of your status to F1, You need following documents.

   1.a letter explaining the reason to change your status.

   2.a Copy of passport and current Visa.

   1. Original I-94 4.Financial document over $15,000(bank statement or sponsor's one)- If you have a sponsor, he/she has to make I-134 affidavit form.

   You don't have enough time to change of status. Please hurry!!
