APPLE CURRY RICE BOWL
— 03/12/21
Nutritious curry with plenty of vegetables can be cooked and eaten simply by chopping it and boiling it.
Cooking Master's Secret
- When using curry powder instead of solid curry, dissolve it well in water so that it does not clump.
- You can add various ingredients such as pumpkin, tomato, broccoli, mushroom, etc. for curry.
- Beef, pork, chicken, or shrimp may be added.
- Instead of rice bowl, you can dip udon noodles, pork cutlet, and naan (bread eaten in India and
elsewhere).
- You can make a little more and keep it in the
freezer for 1 serving, and keep it in a stovetop container to heat it up when you want to eat it.
