Japanese - style yaki udon made of udon noodles with bacon, vegetables, and stir-fried
udon sauce and stir-fried to smell green onion.
Cooking Master's Secret
- Blanch the udon noodles to remove moisture and mix them with cooking oil to prevent sticking or blowing.
- You can use oyster sauce, barbecue sauce, pork cutlet sauce instead of yaki udon sauce.
- Katsuobushi is smoked bonito, put in a zippered pack, sealed, and put in the freezer for use.
- You can also add Chinese green onion, pork or shrimp.
/Main Ingredients/
1 bag of udon noodles (200g)
1 green onion
2 garlic cloves
Katsuobushi
/Side Ingredients/
2 slices of bacon
1/4 onion
50g bean sprouts
30g bok choy
/Seasonings/
1 tablespoon yaki udon sauce
Salt and pepper
Cooking oil
How to Cook
1. Boil udon noodles in boiling water and dry.
2. Wash the bean sprouts, and chop the onions and bok choy, slice the garlic, and chop the green onions. Cut the bacon into 2cm.
3. Put cooking oil in a heated pan and fry over high heat to give it a scent. Add garlic and chopped green onions.
4. Add bacon, onion and bean sprouts and fry
over high heat, then add udon noodles and yaki udon sauce and fry.
5. Finally, add bok choy and season with salt and pepper.
6. Put it on a plate and top it with katsuobushi.
